Hi there, so...is there a market for lots and land?  Is there a certain amount of land for horses?  Are there specifications in diffrent counties for septic and is there farmland preservation?  Just curious, it is interesting how these things vary from state to state.

Leilani, it is difficult to find lots within a City, and a great idea to advertise these!

Leilani, you will have to excuse me but when I saw the name of WILTON my mind drifted back to the 60's with the classic TV comedy, F Troop.  The lead character was a bumbling and inept cavalry officer in the west played by Ken Berry.  His character's name?  Captain Wilton Parmeter!

Sorry for getting sidetracked!  I hope Bob can get a lot of business from lots selling in the area!

Christine, Wilton is horse country! All homes are on at least a couple acres of land and even the only "subdivision" of tract homes is an equestrian community. You can find more horses than humans, as well as an abundance of cows and even exotics like zebras living in Wilton. :)

Septic requirements vary by lot, but for the most part (besides the tract homes in the subdivision), standard septics are fine.

It can be difficult, depending upon the city, Joan...but even in the city of Sacramento, you can still find lots available to build on. :)

You are the TV (and movie) trivia KING, Bruce! I bet you can think of a show or a movie for just about any blog post I write. :)
