How Can I Find VA-Approved Condos In Roseville, Rocklin and Lincoln, CA? What About VA-Approved Home Builders?

I received a phone call recently from a local mortgage broker who found my blog when he was searching for information online about Roseville condos. He called me because he saw that I was knowledgeable about the Roseville condo real estate market and he wanted to know which condos were approved for VA loans. The status of VA-approved condominiums is constantly updated, so be sure to have your REALTOR and lender check before you write that offer with VA financing!

Great information! This page and the corresponding one in your FHA post require a bit of digging to find on the Web.  And some are under the impression that approval with one means the other is as well.

Hi DeeDee! VA and FHA loan approvals are completely different, so VA-approved homes are not necessarily FHA-approved. Here is a link to a post I wrote for FHA:
