Leilani,
Great market information on Wilton lots and land.
Wishing you a productive week!
Steve
Thanks, Steve! :)
Leilani
Leilani, nice to see 100% of the sales being traditional sales!
Yes it is, Joan...and unlike the surrounding areas, Wilton is a place that isn't flooded with distressed land properties. :)
Leilani
Hi Leilani, seems pretty reasonable for land out in CA! Our farm ground has doubled in the last 10 years or so where it is now selling for up to $7,000 an acre.
This is really smart of Bob and you to market the vacant land sales so you can also introduce them to your building skills! You might include a picture of that incredible villa you built among wine country to show people what you are capable of doing. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE HOME THAT WAS!!!
Why thank you, Sharon and Bruce! :)
We've been told by clients that there seems to be a shortage of EXPERIENCED land sales agents (meaning agents who have personally bought land and built a custom home themselves recently) in the area, so marketing vacant land sales is very comfortable territory for us. We've built on raw land and have put in a well and septic system, drew plans from scratch, donated sweat equity to the project and in the end sold the home ourselves to some very lucky buyers! :)
Leilani
P.S. I do have a photo of the vineyard villa we built at the bottom of our SouzaRealty.com website, but I really should create a special page dedicated to that project. :)
