Suede Blue - 16 oz. Ribeye Steak topped with Melted Blue Cheese (Roseville, CA)
I've eaten at Suede Blue in Roseville, CA twice so far...and for some reason, I can't seem to want to order anything else besides their 16 oz. Ribeye Steak topped with Blue Cheese! Sure, it's an extra $2.95 for that marvelous melted blue cheese topping, but if you're already paying $26.95 for a steak then it's worth the extra money to order it the way you like.
Bob ordered a chopped salad to start and quite honestly, I really was not that impressed. The Cheesecake Factory's chopped salad is much better...sorry, Suede Blue! However, if you're into medium rare ribeye steak topped with melted blue cheese, Suede Blue does it right in my book.
Too bad I'm doing low carb right now...I sure missed out on their chocolate lava cake and their heavenly chocolate martinis! Hmmm...I'll have to come back for a chocolate martini soon. :)

Leilani, I like steak with blue cheese. But, watch out for the chocolate martinis....I really got messed up drinking two one time...and haven't had one since...that was 5 years ago :-)
It's a good thing I'm leaving for dinner shortly. And, a good thing I'm not doing the low carb thing - I've been dreaming of a triple layered chocolate cake all week and your mention of two of my favorite chocolate things - lava cake and chocolate martini started my taste buds watering. Maybe I'll just start with those and had the meal later, LOL.

Rebecca, thanks for your advice on the chocolate martinis! I'll have to see how I react to them...I do react differently to alcohol - I can do 4-5 tequila shots and not feel anything, but it doesn't take many margaritas to affect me! :)

DeeDee, it's worth a visit if you like blue cheese steak and chocolate martinis...and the last time I went, I had a coconut martini which was EXCELLENT but I didn't see it on the menu this time. Perhaps it's seasonal. :)
