We had an opening in our schedule this morning, since the property we were going to bid on at a trustee's sale auction got postponed, so Bob and I stopped at the Mels Diner on Douglas Boulevard in Roseville. We decided to try their steak and eggs breakfast...and we're glad we did because it was so delicious, we're looking forward to having that same breakfast again soon! :)

He sure is, Pat! I haven't ridden (a motorcycle) in 2 years since I was sick last year and so I just need to slim down to fit into my cute leather outfits again...and Atkins works great for me. :)
