Watch UFC 121 (Lesnar vs. Velasquez) at Roseville 14 Theaters in Roseville, CA - October 23, 2010
Tomorrow (October 23, 2010 at 7pm) is UFC 121, a very exciting championship fight between heavyweights Brock Lesnar and Cain Velasquez. You can fly to SoCal and watch it live in Anaheim, you can watch it at home on Pay-Per-View, at a bar or restaurant like Hooters, or you can watch it at your local participating movie theater...like at Roseville 14 Theaters, 1555 Eureka Road, Roseville, CA 95661, (916) 797-3466.

Other movie theater locations in the Greater Sacramento Area that will be showing UFC 121 include:
- Folsom 14 - 261 Iron Point Road, Folsom, CA 95630 - (916) 353-5247
- Natomas Marketplace - 3561 Truxel Road, Sacramento, CA 95834 - (916) 419-0205
- Laguna 16 - 9349 Big Horn Boulevard, Elk Grove, CA 95758 - (916) 683-5282
If you're an MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) fan, there is really nothing better than watching a fight on the REALLY BIG screen with the REALLY AWESOME sound of a movie theater! Yes, it's better than watching the fights live...even when you have 4th row seats like we did for the Aldo vs. Faber fight at the ARCO Arena in Sacramento, CA.

Bob - That should be a good fight. Lesnar is just such a big fighter I don't know how anybody is going to beat him fighting toe to toe. I think the only way you can beat him is on the ground with good technique.
I agree, Robert...just like Frank Mir did in Lesnar's only loss! Too bad Carwin didn't have a ground game against Lesnar, although I think he was really surprised that Lesnar survived his beating during the first round. Let's hope Velasquez can submit him tomorrow night...even though Velasquez knocked out Minotauro pretty quickly, I doubt he could do the same to Lesnar.
Thanks for stopping by with your comment! :)

Leilani, is it you or Bob, or both of you who like this? :) Gives me the shivers just looking at the picture above! lol Wonder how long I'll be able to keep my 12 year old son from learning that there is something called Mixed Martial Arts! lolol
Leilani, I don't like to watch boxing....same question as Nina...is it you or Bob or both who like boxing?
Nina, we both like MMA although Bob's been watching it a lot longer than I have...I wasn't really a big fan of any sport before I got into this one! Besides the excitement from watching them use different methods of fighting (boxing, wrestling, jiu-jitsu, muay thai, karate, judo, etc.) I like the fact that almost all fighters are smart, decent guys AND the fighting organization (UFC) doesn't tolerate "riff-raff" from the fighters, unlike football and boxing.
Also, I think your 12-year old son probably already knows about MMA fighting! He might know it as UFC or cagefighting, he might know brands like Tapout, or he might know some of the fighters like Brock Lesnar...but I think ALL boys know about it, one way or another. :)
Leilani
Rebecca, both Bob and I dislike boxing and we never watch it...but MMA fighting is a completely different sport and I haven't missed a fight since I started watching it about a year and a half ago! :)
Leilani
You go Leilani!
Thanks for stopping by, Debra!
I would like to apologize in advance to the people sitting in front of me in the movie theater...especially if Cain Velasquez wins. They will likely get an earful of "noise" from me if that happens! :)
Leilani
Shane Carwin almost finish with The great brock lesnar :P but he ran out of stamina and condition oh my god :) anyway, I'm not going to miss it, who is your favorite Leilani? I'm going this time with Brock, even when Velazquez is hispanic, I'm going to the king of masses :) the Brock ! lets go Brock ! !! ! !
Ray, if only Carwin had a ground game, I think he might have taken the belt. I can't believe you're going with LESNAR!!! All right, honestly...I don't know if Velasquez can beat him, but I don't care, I'm supporting the San Jose, CA boy all the way! :)
Leilani
P.S. Guess who was at Roseville 14 Theaters? WEC's Joseph Benavides and Chad Mendes! But no Urijah Faber. :(
Leilaini,
well, it was just because Lesnar was getting so mature in all his interviews lately, I watched him before and I hated him, even I hated him to death when he defeated Shane, but now? he is a nice person, :) I wish him luck in the near future, but Cain did an awesome job and I'm happy that we have the first mexican heavyweight champion on the UFC :) and also I'll support him because he is your california guy LOL
take care :)
Ray, I didn't watch the inverview with Brock Lesnar before this fight, but I saw the one before the Carwin fight. I have to admit that I didn't like him before...I didn't like him then...and I still don't like him now. :)
He's not on my "Top 3 List of Fighters I Don't Like" though, which are:
Can't wait for Velasquez vs. Dos Santos...that fight better be next one for the heavyweight championship! NO MORE RE-MATCHES, Dana! That Edgar vs. Penn 2 was SO unnecessary...but wait...I would like to see Silva vs. Sonnen 2! :)
