Flip This House 2010

Flip This House 2010This blog post has nothing to do with the TV show, "Flip This House" but a more important house that needs to be flipped. Flip This House 2010 says: "Tired Of The Political Status Quo And Big Government Statism? Then It's Time To Flip This House!"

Such a shame that most people do not know why and who put America in the worst finincal condition that modern America has ever seen. The former admistration choked us to death by selling out to Wall Street. The eonomy crashed in 2006 with letting Wall Street package the home loans and selling them to peoples and countries that had no idea what they were buying. Allen Greenspan made big mistakes in CDO's pachaged as investment grade securities that were not rated above the bottom of the bottom. The Bush Adminastration killed this country and some of the overseas towns and countries will never recover from the takedown. I am neither a Repub or Demo I am an American. By the way The RNC headquarters admited late last year that their insurance policy covers adortation for the staff. It was uncovered because of excessive use by members of the staff. If you ever get a chance watch the TV program "GREED in AMERICA" it is a very honest view of what went wrong and what little right happened in the last admistration. House of Cards was a good program on why the housing market was a killer in real estate and Wall Street.

Don...such a shame that in 2006, Pelosi took over the house in the midst of the Bush Administration...that pretty much marked the beginning of our nation's downward spiral. Not only do I want to "Flip This House" but I'm all for term limits, too.

I am for term limits for sure George DUH should have never got that 2nd chance to kill this country. I wish that you really did know what killed the housing market.  Peolsi did not have one thing to do with where we as real estate agents/brokers are in this economy. Again you need to know the truth about what happened in home lending mess. Being from CA and all of the loan companies that went under was a direct effect of the Bush money grabbers.  The program "American Greed" tells it like it was I don't know what this new season will cover but it starts this week 8:00 pm Central Time. With interviews with the real players in the former administration direct from their own mouth what can you say.

You can check out American Greed as I wright this comment at least here in our area onCNBC CW with the House of Cards repeat program.  This will give you an insight to our housing problems.

This is not my rant just the real truth about what caused the housing crash. I do wish that you would check out the program "American Greed" Mater of fact I like Bush and the fact that he is not in Washington.
