Oprah Winfrey's Ending Her Talk Show
After the Sarah Palin "Going Rogue" interview earlier this week (Monday, November 16, 2009) brought "The Oprah Winfrey Show" the highest ratings it has had in the last two years, it was announced that her show is coming to an end. I just voted on a "Your Say" Facebook Poll and here are the results with 24,249 total votes so far:
Will You Miss Oprah?
YES - 15.4%
NO - 81.8%
Maybe - 2.8%
I never watched her show, so obviously I won't miss it!

Bob and Leilani.. I always believe you should go out when you are on top of your game. She is doing this. No, I will not miss her. Why? Never really watched the show... maybe 6 times in total.

I had heard she was ending her show. But then I also heard she will still do her radio show and several other things, so I guess if you are an Ophra fan you can still get your fix. I too did not watch her - guess I am always working during the day and don't see much TV :) Have a nice day. ....geri

It's hard doing so much every day. She is a very rich woman, and I think she is ready for a break. She is a great American success story, and for that, I applaud her!
Geri, I have only a few select shows on TV that I like and none of them are daytime shows! :)

Hi Leilani. She announced it nearly 20 months ahead but then have read that she's leaving for OWN her cable show with Discovery. I can't say that I will miss her because I never watched her shows :P ~ Lana

Sorry, but I never "got" Oprah. So definitely will not miss her. And she isn't going anywhere anyway. Also, would never read a book she recommended. Could someone tell me why I should!
Jane, I can't help with any info about Oprah...I thought I was one of the few people who knew nothing about her or have never watched her show, but apparently I was wrong! :)

I Never watched Oprah too. Probably she is watched much more around the world.
I'm not sure exactly, Haris...I don't imagine people from other countries watching Oprah, but what do I know! Nothing about Oprah, I can say that much. :)
