That looks really good. Remains me I haven't ate lunch and its supper time. Thank your for sharing
I am on my way!
Mark, it is delicious, even though it's the only dish I like at Fuzio's! :)
Mark, you'll make it in time if you leave soon...the nearest Fuzio's to you is either in Reno or Sacramento! :)
Here is the full description of Fuzio's Signature Dish:
"Fuzio Firecracker Pork Fusilli: ginger-braised pork, firecracker-hot habanero pesto and sour cream---give it a stir to mingle heat and flavors together."

Leilani, Sounds great for hot spicey food lovers! At least there is a warning in the name. Good idea to have it free to get you hooked! Gloria
You're right, Gloria...this will get you hooked and the "firecracker" in the name should not be taken lightly and although it may look like pesto...it's really "firecracker-HOT habanero pesto" and I highly recommend asking for EXTRA sour cream! :)

Looks yummy. Shame to eat it. Hey, you haven't been by today to visit?
Jane, it is really yummy and a classic "Asian Fusion" type dish with the ginger pork and creamy habanero pesto (you actually have to mix the components of this dish really well or you risk burning your tongue!) No, I haven't started commenting on blogs yet...I was working on my (overdue) winery reviews from Sunday...but I'll be by to visit you now! :)
Leilani
did I miss it? It looks so yummy...did you make it Bob and Leilani?
Now that looks like something I would enjoy Karen
Debbie, you did miss it now...Bob and I had it for dinner last night at Fuzio (restaurant)! :)
Karen, if you like spicy-with-a-kick foods, you would enjoy this firecracker fusilli! :)
