Debra, well...one out of four isn't bad for Sushi 101. :)

2. Orange = Salmon ("Sake" in Japanese)

Still looking for the correct answers to 1, 3 and 4...

1. California rolls

2. Salmon

3. Squid ?

4. Tuna

I'm a big fan of sushi but my wife cannot stand anything to do with seafood. How did I do?

Thanks for commenting, even though you're not (yet?) sushi aficionados, Dave, Karen and Caron's! :)

Integrity, you did well! It is California rolls and tuna, and I'll give you #3 - Yellowtail (aka "Hamachi" in Japanese.) Here are the correct answers, to sum it up:

1. California rolls.

2. Salmon - "Sake" (SAH-keh)

3. Yellowtail - "Hamachi" (hah-MAH-chee)

4. Tuna - "Maguro" (mah-GOO-roh)

I got lucky and introduced my husband to sushi (taught him to use chopsticks and everything!) and he loves it just as much as I do! :D

Um I see a theme here, Leilani.  What could it be?

Very appetizing.
