Bob and I shared their Alpine Mint (mint chip ice cream layered between two alpine mint cookies, drizzled with peppermint, chocolate and caramel and sprinkled with powdered sugar) and we agreed that it is the best dessert we've had at any restaurant in Roseville, CA. Yep, it's better than a chocolate souffle, paradise pie, creme brulee, cheesecake, mud pie, pizookie, cobbler...and any other dessert we've had at restaurants in Roseville, CA. :)

They have a live Mariachi Band that comes in and performs every Friday evening:

Mas Cocina Mexicana also offers a delightful Happy Hour menu with $5 plates available Monday to Friday from 3pm to 6pm and Friday and Saturday from 9pm to closing. Our favorite is the Nachos with Rojo Beef!

My favorite dish at Mas Cocina Mexicana is a two-item combo with one enchilada suiza (chicken with a green chile sauce) and one carnitas enchilada with red sauce. It's so good I have a hard time ordering anything else on their menu!

We saw the romantic comedy "Just Go With It" last night, starring Adam Sandler, Jennifer Aniston and Nicole Kidman and we both loved it! Adam Sandler is his usual nonchalantly hilarious self and he definitely does not disappoint and I liked Jennifer Aniston better in this movie than the last few movies she was in, such as "The Break-Up", "Management" and "Marley and Me".

Movie night only cost us $23.75 between the two of us:

The Lincoln Lawyer - Now Playing At Movie Theaters! (United Artists Olympus Pointe Stadium 12 in Roseville, CA)

Bob and I saw "The Lincoln Lawyer" starring Matthew McConaughey, Ryan Philippe, Marisa Tomei, William H. Macy and John Leguizamo tonight at the United Artists Olympus Pointe Stadium 12 movie theaters in Roseville, CA. This movie was inspired by the book (you guessed it) "The Lincoln Lawyer" written by American crime writer Michael Connelly, published in October 2005.

Without giving away too much info for those who not seen "The Lincoln Lawyer" yet (probably most of you, since the movie was just released on March 18, 2011), it's a movie both Bob and I would recommend seeing...especially if you love surprises! :)
