Park Place Condominiums is a gated condo community in Rocklin conveniently located off Hwy 65 and Pleasant Grove (which turns into Park Drive) and directly across the street from Twin Oaks Community Park and Twin Oaks Elementary Schoolin Rocklin, CA. It is also just around the corner from Rocklin High School and down the street from the Safeway Shopping Center at the corner of Park Drive and Sunset Boulevard.
Park Place Condos were built by D.R. Horton between 2001 and 2002 and the street names in this gated community are:Boardwalk Way, Illinois Way, Indiana Way, Kentucky Way, Marvin Gardens Way, Reading Way, Saint Charles Way and Saint James Way. Monopoly, anyone? :)
