Freedback - An Easy HTML Online Form Creator
First of all, I am not affiliated with Freedback in any way. I needed to recreate online forms for a dog rescue website (CaneCorsoRescue.org - my shameless plug, but hey...it's for a good cause!), such as their "Adoption/Foster Application" and "Surrender Application" so I began my search of an HTML online form creator. After trying PHPForm.org, eMailMeForm.com, FormGenics.com and the Google Docs Form Creator...I found Freedback!
What I like about Freedback:
- Their form creator software is very easy to use and offers the easiest editing mode. If you need to change a question, insert a new question or re-arrange the order of questions...it's easy to do!
- They offer unlimited questions for your form. Other websites only allow a limited number of questions.
- If you only need 1 form and don't mind their branding (during the form submission process), it's FREE!
- The completed form is sent to an e-mail address that you specify. Believe it or not, a couple of the other websites don't even offer this feature for free!
So whether you need a simple contact form or a detailed rental application, I recommend Freedback.
