Christmas Tree Recycling for Residents of Roseville, CA
The City of Roseville will recycle Christmas trees of Roseville residents into compost or wood chips. Simply place unflocked Christmas trees in your City of Roseville green waste bin and be sure to remove all branches and cut the trunk so that it fits in the bin with the lid closed.
If you are unable to dispose of your Christmas tree in your City of Roseville green waste bin, you may also bring your unflocked Christmas tree to the following drop-off sites on January 1-2, 2011 or January 8-9, 2011:
- Maidu Park - 1550 Maidu Dr, Roseville, CA 95661
- Mahany Park - 1545 Pleasant Grove Blvd, Roseville, CA 95747
- Washington Boulevard - across the All American Raceway in Roseville, CA
As a community service and fundraiser, Roseville's Boy Scouts of America troops will pick up Christmas trees left at the curb before 9:00am on January 1-2, 2011 and January 8-9, 2011. Donations are appreciated and are used to cover Boy Scout Summer Camp costs.
After January 9, 2011, Roseville residents may dispose of their Christmas trees at the Western Regional Landfill (3033 Fiddyment Road, Roseville, CA 95747). Please visit their website (wpwma.com) for their hours, rates and directions to their facility.
