The chart below reflects real estate statistics for single-family homes for sale, sold and pending in Roseville, CA. Inventory has steadily decreased since January 2011, pending sales have skyrocketed since December 2011 and closed sales have increased since January 2012.

The average dollars per sq. ft. for single-family homes in Roseville, CA remains consistent between $128-$137. The average price per sq. ft. has been slowly increasing since January 2012.

The average days on the market for single-family homes in Roseville, CA has fluctuated between 73 days (June 2011) and 110 days (March 2011), but the percentage of sales price to original list price has remained somewhat steady (between 92% and 96%) since January 2011.
